1. How can I book a room?
2. What if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of having fun! As long as you call to notify us 1 day before your scheduled start time, you will be able to get a full refund or reschedule your adventure for another day. In the event of a same day cancellation, any pre-paid bookings will not be refunded.
3. When should we arrive?
You should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your escape. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your experience for another day.
4. What can we bring into the rooms?
5. How many people can participate?
6. How hard are the rooms?
We have three levels of rooms:
If you hit a difficult spot in an escape adventure, you can ask our staff for a hint! You can ask for 3 hints and still get on the Wall of Fame if you escape in the top ten fastest times.
8. What ages are the adventures for?
All the escapes are family-friendly and are suitable for all ages! There are no jump-scares or horror elements in any of our rooms. However, our rooms are designed for adults, and can often be challenging for young children.
Children younger than 13 are welcome to participate, but are required to have an adult with them. Children under 7 also get to play for free! We love it when families come in together.
9. Do you allow walk-ins?
We accommodate walk-ins where possible, but we cannot guarantee that a time slot will be available. We suggest you book at least 1 day in advance.
10. Do we need to bring our confirmation email?
No, you do not need to bring along the confirmation email.
11. How long do the escapes take?
You have between 45-50 minutes to complete each escape adventure. The entire experience last about one hour.
12. How often are the rooms changed?
We aim to change our rooms once a year, so a new adventure is always just around the corner!
13. Are there any physical requirements to participate?
All the rooms are handicap accessible and do not require special strength or fitness... only ingenuity! There may be some challenges that others in the group will need to perform... that's why you are a team! :)
We have signs available to use for a group picture after your escape is over! We are happy to be your personal photographers (and make sure that we get everyone's good side). You can share these pictures however you'd like! However, we ask that you do not reveal the secrets and solutions of the rooms to others. If you enjoyed the experience, please allow others to do the same!
